The House, The Collection and The Old Dog, by Barbara Wilson & Rolf Alme, 10’, 2016, W&A Producer, Denmark.

This short film about a private collection is shot by the two artists Wilson & Alme who happened to meet the collector and live for a while in his place, a castle in the countryside. What comes out of these quite wonderful views and the walk with the dog, is this incredible “life” the works of art have, and their radiant presence in a rather shambles ! In such context, the film is also questioning : what is the real value of art ? Its financial evaluation ? Or its shine, its curiosity and its interpellation ? (I.DVL)
